Handgun Optic Essentials is a skill-building workshop designed for shooters who want to master modern red dot pistol performance. This course teaches you how to find the dot quickly, maintain visual discipline, and develop shot accountability. Whether you’re brand new to red dots or upgrading your defensive pistol setup, handgun optic essentials training builds confidence by focusing on repeatable mechanics and realistic performance standards.

Students will learn how to track the dot through recoil, build consistent presentation, and understand the relationship between sighting systems and human visual processing. This class removes the guesswork by breaking down dot acquisition, target transitions, and close-range vs. precision application.
