Teach Fundamentals. Build Responsible Shooters.
Rifle training builds discipline, control, and accountability.
Becoming an NRA Rifle Instructor means stepping into a leadership role — guiding new shooters with clarity, safety, and structured progression. It’s not about flash. It’s about fundamentals taught correctly.
At Trace Armory Group, instructor development reflects our overall standard:
Professional. Measured. Responsible.
